We offer the following payment methods:

Paypal

If you pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal user account (for more information, see www.paypal.de), registration and use is free.

The advantage of a Paypal payment is obvious, you can download your stock photos, Video Clips and vectors immediately after ordering!

Prepayment (invoice by e-mail)

If you would like to pay in advance, please select this in the shopping cart and confirm the order process with "Order subject to payment". You will then be given the bank details and an email with details about your order will be sent.

As soon as your invoice amount has been booked on our Bank account, we will inform you of this and your order will be approved.

Download

After approval of your order, you can download your stock photos, stock videos and vectors in your member account under "my downloads" or "Orders" by clicking on the image or image title.

The steps for PayPal payment are as follows:

• 

  1. select your photos and vector data and click on "IN THE SHOPPING BASKET" for the respective license or image size

• 

  2. You will now be automatically forwarded to the shopping cart, here you click on the button "CONTINUE WITH ORDER".

• 

  3. You will be asked if you have a customer account or if you want to create a new customer account.

• 

  4. You are now in the "Check your order" mask where you can select "Paypal" as payment option.

• 

  5. Now agree to our license agreemen and click on the button "ORDER PAYABLE" to complete the order.

• 

  6. You will now be redirected to the payment area of the Paypal system. (Paypal account not mandatory)

• 

  7. Now enter your Paypal login data or create a new Paypal account and follow the instructions of Paypal to complete the payment.

• 

  8. After payment confirmation by Paypal you will be automatically redirected to the download area and can download your images immediately.

The steps for the payment method prepayment (invoice by e-mail) are as follows:

• 

  1. Simply click on "Prepayment (invoice by e-mail)" in the shopping basket.

• 

  2. Now agree to our license agreement before clicking on the button "ORDER PAYABLE".

• 

  3. You will now be forwarded to the Internet ordering process.

• 

  4. The bank details will be displayed and an e-mail with the order confirmation and bank details will be sent to you.

• 

  5. Your purchased stock photos or vector files (.eps) can usually be downloaded within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment and activation by our administrator team in your member area under "my downloads" or "Orders".

• 

  6. The status of your order is displayed in the members area on the right side. If it is marked as "Paid" and "Approved", you can download your purchased files simply by clicking on the "Order Number" in the download area.
